Legal Aid

Through a contract with the Executive Director, the Society offers Legal Aid Intake services including processing criminal, family, child protection and immigration legal aid applications.  As well, the program staff provide legal information resources. Kamloops Legal Aid intake is offered for low income individuals involved in some criminal matters, family cases, and MCFD.

Legal Aid staff are available for drop-in intake at the Court House (455 Columbia Street) on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9:00am-11:30am OR on Monday-Thursday from 1:00pm- 3:30pm at our Legal Aid office (#208-300 Columbia Street).
