Corner House



Corner House consists of 15 rental units all of which are subsidized one bedroom suites. Corner house is a Homelessness At Risk Program (HAR) under BC Housing. Eligible applicants meet the income threshold and are defined as persons who are homeless due to a physical, social or psychological condition or who have a disability.

Corner House has:

  • A common room
  • A full common kitchen
  • A laundry area
  • A building caretaker who maintains the interior and exterior of the building
  • Limited support services are available to residents
