HillTop Apartments

Hilltop Apartments consist of 35 subsidized rental suites of family housing. This development has 5 one bedroom suites (two of which are wheelchair accessible), 16 two bedroom suites, and 14 three bedroom suites.

Rental fees are based on income. As an affordable housing building your subsidized rent is based on 30% of your earned income or a flat rate based on the shelter allowance for you and your child if you recieve income assistance.  

Hilltop has:

• A resident caretaker who maintains the interior and exterior of the building
• A playground for children
• A common room with a full kitchen for residents use
• A laundry room on the main floor
• Underground parking
