Elizabeth Court consists of 33 subsidized and 13 market rental suites of family housing. This development has 8 wheel chair accessible one bedroom suites, 29 two bedroom suites and 9 three bedroom suites.

Rental fees are geared for low to moderate income earners. As an affordable housing building your subsidized rent is based on 30% of your earned income or a flat rate based on the shelter allowance for you and your child if you recieve income assistance.  

 Elizabeth Court has:

• A resident caretaker who maintains the interior and exterior of the building
• Two courtyards, one of which has a playground area for children
• A common room with a full kitchen for the residents' use
• A laundry room on the main floor
• Underground parking
