Community Closet

PURPOSE OF PROGRAM:

This volunteer run program is offered to provide free, quality clothing to women in need.

Women will have an opportunity to look through and select clothing and footware from the donations room during times when the community closet is open. 

A Hand UP not a hand out  

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR WOMEN WHO:

 a.       are in need of clothing for day to day use 

 b.      need professional clothing for work or to attend court  

 HOW TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM:

The Community Closet is typically open two Thursday's of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am. Please see below or call to confirm upcoming dates.

Women can drop in during the Community Closet and will be able to access the donations room on a first come basis.  

TO DONATE CLOTHING: 

Donations of good condition, clean women’s clothing can be dropped off at the Elizabeth Fry office on Monday to Thursday between 9am-11:45 and 1-3:45pm. Please call and notify the office of the drop off ahead of time.
